On October 16, we dedicated our new entryway

We also planted a carob tree as a symbol of our hope in the future

On September 11, we began shabbat with a candlelight vigil outside the Temple, commemorating the impromptu gathering of 10 years ago when we likewise gathered to share our shock and grief.  Ten years later, we lit candles in memory and to strengthen our commitment to peace.
