As much as I enjoy those moments when I am asked to sing alone,
I have always much more enjoyed musical collaboration (which is why
I am grateful for a singing and guitar slinging Rabbi!). I never really dreamed of being an opera star or a rock star or a musical theater star
or any other kind of star. Instead, I dedicated my education and my career to teaching and guiding others. As a music teacher, my job was to educate. As a choir director, my job was to elevate. And now, as your cantorial soloist, I'm excited to keep that educating and elevating going!
